We love local clubs, we share the same values and we want to collaborate with all those who feel the same passion. That is why a percentage of Hood FC's income will be destined to help local clubs. We want to support and promote their growth and value contribution to the community. We want the Hood FC team to build solidarity bonds in all possible fields.

Mission & Origin

Dragones de Lavapiés is a local club in the center of Madrid and its mission is to weave, based on sport and competition, bonds of solidarity, respect and community, fostering dialogue between people of very diverse cultures, from all corners of the planet. Currently 120 boys and girls from 40 different nationalities play in the club. There is a true commitment to the most positive values of sports practice: gender equality, multiculturalism, functional diversity, non-violence and dialogue

This is a neighborhood initiative, launched by a group of parents from the neighborhood, so that Lavapiés Embajadores could have its own 7-a-side football club, an existing and palpable demand among our boys and girls. At the same time, we tried to promote a grassroots sports project that was adapted to the characteristics of our environment, that was participatory and open, that families felt as their own space and that offered good sports training, outside of the exacerbated competitiveness so common in grassroots football that prevails in our city and the high prices unaffordable for much of the neighborhood
